2.1 Digital Products – No Refunds

Because VaultState sells instantly accessible digital products and downloadable content, all sales are final and non‑refundable. Once a product is delivered, you gain immediate access to the full intellectual property, frameworks, and files, which cannot be returned.

2.2 Why We Use a No‑Refund Policy

Our systems are designed for serious builders willing to implement, not dabblers who collect courses. A clear no‑refund policy keeps pricing fair and protects the integrity of our intellectual property while allowing us to continue improving the products.

2.3 Exceptions

In rare cases of clear technical error—for example, duplicate charges or payment processing mistakes—we will review and correct the issue, which may include a refund or credit at our sole discretion. If you believe you’ve been charged in error, email help@vaultstate.org within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

2.4 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to revoke access to all VaultState products and future offers. We respond to all serious inquiries and will always review genuine billing concerns.
